If you are a beginner this is not for you. The quality of the tailstock assembly is terrible and poorly finished. Communication is difficult since everything has to be translated into Chinese and you never rally solve the basic problem, and that is that this is a $800.00 lathe not a $1,300.00 lathe. Appearance is nominal.

The idea behind this lathe was good- but the lathr is junk... I purchased this lathe to modify so I will keep it but I am serious when I say this machine is terrible.
