Some days I look my age; 60. I use a smidge of the Glow Milk over my make up to give my skin a pick me up. I really need to drink more water because that helps my skin tremendously. But, alas, I’m a nurse & don’t. I just purchased a replacement bottle. I use a very small amount.

Replace your Foundation with a Healthy Glow - I'm addicted!
I love Glow Milk. I mix a little into my face cream every morning, and never wear foundation during the day any more. I think it is a little expensive which is why I try to buy it on Ebay. Blind Date is a pretty neutral color that I think would work on any color skin. It just adds a little warmth, glow and sparkle. I'm in my 50's so this isn't glittery, just a pretty glow.
