When I reached out to the Seller, she stated the product must have been damaged during shipping. The item was only wrapped in bubble wrap inside a cardboard box, so obviously the item needed way more protection. When I informed the seller, she stated, she was not accepting a return on the product, she has always shipped items this way with no problem.
