Martin's VIPER is absolutely THE BEST PRODUCT I've found to help "control" FIRE ANTS ! This year, we've had lots of rain, and the Fire Ant mounds have "popped up" all over the place. I carry a bag of VIPER with me when I'm in the gardens and lawns, and when I see a Fire Ant mound, I sprinkle the Viper on the mound, into the mound, and around the mound. The Fire Ants go absolutely crazy, and die within seconds. I realize I'm only getting rid of the surface ants, but that really helps reduce the number of ants, and thus the potential of getting "bit" by those ants. My dog loves Martins Viper Dust
My pooch had the scratch scratch scratch till raw. Gave him flea and tick baths even a salt water gulf beach day in and out of the water. Used medicated powder to help with the itch. Then gave him a dusting with Martins and med powder. Two days and scratching greatly subsided then back to normal. Worked better than the vet stuff. Dust bag for the garden does a great job of keeping the insects down with a light dusting.
