    The buyer claimed the product was defective, without providing any evidence. We then directed him to initiate a return through eBay, assuring a full refund once the item was received. Instead, he threatened negative feedback, citing inconvenience/expense, although, the Seller pays for the return. Not worth repeating here, but he used offensive language in messages as well. We were fully prepared to honor the refund per eBay policy. Such accusations are false, baseless and unwarranted.
