    First, the positives: The item arrived faster than I would have expected, given that it was being shipped from Canada. The condition was, I believe, better than described--excellent instead of good. However, communication was awful. I made three attempts to contact the seller to get details on the condition (stains, rips, wear marks, etc.). The seller responded to none of these. Because I really wanted the item and because returns were accepted, I took a chance and fortunately didn't get burned.
