The springtails are kind of hard to see but I saw a ton alive. The feeder is also convenient as it makes it so I can just sprinkle it.

Received in great condition with tons of springtails inside. Ironically, the 1st order eventually came but the some of the contents spilled out into the shipment box and everything was dried out. Of course not the sellers fault on this due the mishandling and delay of usps. Overall great experience with seller who stands behind his product.

I ordered from a Florida seller earlier this year. I only counted 2 on the day it arrived...as it grew, it became overrun with tiny white worms. The springtails never really showed up. This was an excellent experience!!!.

USPS mishandled the package and then delayed delivery for 2 days causing many of the adults to die. Completely USPS fault and not the seller. Phyota was great and offered a replacement if needed. I suggested to wait and see. Its been 10 days, and the culture is recovering nicely so I didnt need the replacement. Im impressed by the sellers communication and offer. The springtail food is good quality and you get a buttload for only a few extra bucks. They arrived in great condition. The seller stuffs the container full with substrate and charcoal so it doesn't get jostled around in the mail. Lots of springtails in it. Seller answered all my questions quickly and nicely before purchase. I feel confident raising this culture for future bioactives.
