USPS lost the original package that they shipped out to me and the seller notified me as soon as they became aware that USPS was not updating the tracking information since the behavior was out of the norm. When we confirmed that the original package was not arriving they shipped out a replacement and provided a new tracking number. The delivery was still really fast even though they had to provide a replacement. A+++
