    Ordered a set of two plastic oven bar end caps with screws for $94. I got was an open package of one end cap & no screws. Contacte the seller, they told me ask for a refund & they would pay me back when the item was returned. They didnt offer to replace the missing item, I had to do all the work to fix their mess up! No quality control of what they shipped out & very poor customer service. Not pleased with the company,,their service or the product they supplied.. Got a canned "I'm sorry" reply

    I have to say that the glass bottle of squid oil arrived broken in its packaging, leaking all over. Although the bottle was bubble wrapped, it was sent in brown paper packaging - NOT a good idea. I contacted this merchant right away, and the next day got a reply with a full refund the same day. The company told me that EBAY is responsible for packaging, so I can't blame the merchant, who handled the transaction as best they could, so I give them a great rating.
