    I gave positive, but there is a problem. The item came alright as ordered, but I realized I ordered the wrong phone. I got in touch with the seller through messages. I let him know instead of a refund, he can send me iphone 13 (Open box) which he even suggested. I have already sent back the iphone 14, but since then I have not been able to get a feed back almost a week now. No iphone 13 or refund yet. Pls kindly let me know what is going on. Thank you.
