Since I have a universal laptop charger with various adapters, I wasn’t worried about that part. Overall very good shopping experience.

The screen was a little wobbly at first, but I tightened the hinge screws which requires taking the bottom cover off, but that's no problem. I could see that being harder for many people though.

Very happy with this purchase (and previous). No "junk" programs hiding on the laptop to slow it down. All specs were as ordered or described. Highly recommend this seller!

I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.
