Its a used product that works great, even came with the connections for it (didn't expect that, was a nice surprise!). Only small gripe would be it was in a box that was to big for it and looks like the shipping company had it at the bottom of a pile and half the box was squished (didn't harm the product just held my breath while opening it lol).
