    Looks good on surface but it does not live up to its name and advertising

    It will scratch, it will get food stuck to it, the handle gets far too hot to touch and it is not as strong as it is made out to be.

    The best I've ever had. I use it everyday for everything! Fantastic for frying meats, gives fried chicken new meaning. Caramelizes like a great pan should. No negatives!!!! Word of caution, pay close attention when turning cooked food and also when removing food from the pan...it's a mighty slippery pan. Washes by hand with ease...nothing sticks. Pan looks like new after lots of use. Oh, I've followed instructions about using medium heat for best results. I use nothing but medium, and I'm VERY PLEASED!!!!

    I threw out all my other non-stick cookware!

    I really love these Blue Diamond pots & skillets. They heat up fast & even & are a breeze to clean. Others complain about the handles getting too hot, but I have a ceramic top stove & don’t have that problem at all. The bottoms are very flat & don’t wobble around on the stove top. I purchased the whole line of Blue Diamond cookware & I’m very pleased with them.

    Blue Diamond Pan 12 As Seen On TV

    At this point the skillet seems to be doing it's job but I've only been using it for a week. As a man I only cook to keep from starving so when it comes to skillets I run through them, no matter the brand, in about six months (yes I have followed instruction for each one). I might as well cook on a hot rock. After that they are ready for the trash can. So for now it's working great, until the coating begins to ware and food start to stick.
