VERY easy to use and set up!
We already have 3 Shark upright vacuums that we LOVE, and their robotic one has not disappointed us! It does what it's asked with hardly any problems. The control app is easy to use. It tells you when there's a problem. One time, I was confused when it send the dust bin needed to be emptied. I had already emptied the dust bin in the station... took me a few minutes to figure out that the robot itself had a full dust bin because it hadn't been able to empty it all into the station bin. Other than that, I like all the options and that it seems to be WAY better than the old Roomba I had whose battery wouldn't stay charged (even after replacing it).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best Robot Bot Vacuum!
Ok so i have tile flooring and i am a messy person when at the home i eat everywhere and crumbs are just all over the place, no bueno. Anyhow i step on things and get crumbles and feel a light dust when i walk, i don't like sweeping to get started with this, so i went online and compared robot cleaners like roomba, shark and other brand names; After careful review I found out that this is the best robot cleaner on the market so i had to buy it and try it out. I was not disappointed. From day 1 the robot went on a learning the home adventure and mapped out my entire 1st floor almost 800 sq ft. Anyhow The bot then started to do it's thing and clean. What i like about this , that it also connects to google home. So when i log into that system i can activate the bot (the only issue is that you can pause it) but cannot tell it to dock thru google home, that needs some attention; No problem i log into the shark app and dock it from there. All in all it does a great job at tile floors and some light carpet mats, i come home and step on tile now and not on dust, the floors look and feel great! I’ve only had it for one week so I have not yet emptied it…but I assume it will be as easy as everything else has been! It is next level and technology has Advanced ten-fold over my previous robotic vacuum! Not once has it gotten stuck and required assistance! Hard to Beat this Shark Vacuum Robot
The shark robot mapped the house before use then had me approve the map. It vacuums without getting stuck then docks to empty and then completes the job. I have 2 Roomba's that do not perform as well. They are older but one was very expensive and supposed to map the room but it gets stuck in the same 2-3 places EVERY TIME! I cannot leave the Roomba or I come home to a half vacuumed house and a stuck Roomba. This Shark can be trusted to do the whole house and dock without supervision. It is also very quiet. I have a dog that is shedding ... lots of hair deep in my carpet. I had to use a shark stick vac before using the AI Robo vac. The AI Robo vac works wonderfully now, keeping my floors and carpet clean. Nice features ... Map of your house, label the rooms, pick which room and how powerful the suction, schedule times to clean the whole house ... fantastic machine ... I love it! Improvements that could be made would be: 1. Showing the progress of the vac on the map. 2. Be able to schedule 1 room to clean instead of having to clean the whole house Those improvements and this would be a perfect machine ... best out there!
