    The item was advertised as a Hunter 44550 thermostat. I wanted that model because it has an HVAC "Run Time" monitor. The Bad: The item delivered had the Hunter 44550 Spanish manual but the thermostat was a "LUX Model 1500"... No "run time" monitor. The good: The seller refunded the purchase price almost instantly. The neutral rating is because the wrong item should not have been shipped in the first place which is a minus, but seller did resolved the issue without hassle = a + .
