    This is the third SONY smartphone that I have bought. (Second via eBay). The first Sony 'phone I owned was in 2014 & I have used only these as my personal 'phone ever since. I am somewhat of a technophobe I'm afraid so I don't need the smartphones that have all the 'whistles & bells' at my age! The phone is great for what I require. It takes good photographs. You can call people & send/receive e-mails Obviously you can download additional apps for online shopping etc. It does not have a huge memory capacity as standard but is fine for me. Loading my SIM card was very easy & the instructions are quite intuitive (Although this may because I have used SONY products before?)     Has a large screen for my failing eyesight, but have not used it yet apart from set up as my sim is to big for it. will have to go to mainland to sort that out.

    Nice phone.
