Which I appreciated not having to do that myself. The laptops were packaged well in strong sturdy boxes. After testing we found that one laptop out of the 18 was not a touch screen but we can still use it. Very happy with the purchase.

A couple of scratches on the case if you look really hard. The screen and keyboard are flawless. The machine is robust and meets my needs perfectly. This is the first time I've ever bought a refurbished computer. I don't know if I'll ever buy a brand-new one again after this experience. Really well done!

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
