      Does a good job of storage once you get the lid to fit on the bucket.

      Tried several buckets. Didn't fit well on any. Home Depot bucket was a little smaller than the rest. Still had to use a heat gun to warm bucket and force lid on. Now it goes on and off fine. Strainer only goes down about 1/2 way in the bucket. Not sure how much good it does. Keeps the pellets dry & makes it easy to pour out of the 5-gallon bucket.

      Traeger storage lid and filter kit

      First off it doesn't include a bucket which is no big deal, however, I tried multiple 5 gallon buckets including purchasing new ones and yet had no look getting the lid to attach due to it being smaller in circumference. Was looking forward to using the product but I'll just use some other bucket that seals tight.

      Bucket works great

      After reading a bunch of reviews on the traeger lid and filter kit I decided it was my best option. Lots of people talking about them not fitting their 5 gallon buckets. Someone said that Lowe's 5 gallon buckets worked well so I bought four of them and, while it's a snug fit, they do fit. I had to lay my body weight on them to get them on the first time but they do work! Snug is good, especially when your pouring pellets, you don't want the kids popping off!

      Purchase these to store my pellets. The lid doesn’t lock down as good as I think it should. I purchased some buckets off of Amazon that are softball buckets with seat for $20 a pop. I recommend those, much better.

      Lid it too small

      The only way to get the lid on a bucket is to heat it up and force it on. No reason why the lid has to be built this small. The description says fits 5 gallon buckets, but it’s way too small.
