Packaging could have been better but was ok; no box and just one layer of bubble wrap on the outside of the case and one layer on the horn inside, but since it came in a hard case anyway there was no damage. The shipping was very fast considering it was from over seas, the packaging was a bit flimsy. For how good the horn plays it was very much worth the money. The second trigger did arrived bent, which is an easy fix, I dont know if it was like that before shipping or if it happened during shipping but its something to bring up.
