I do have a concern about the amount of heat it generates on the bottom, both while using it and also while it's on charge. I have ordered a cooling pad for it, and I'll see how this works. Cosmetics were great, looks brand new. Price was very good, so if it lasts I will be very happy.

Also, must press the keys, and be acurate. But so far the computer is updating to my MS/Google etc. quite nicely. Just know you need to get used to a Dell keyboard. Keys must be pressed hard. Ordered Feb. 23rd, promised delivery by Feb 26-28. Updated on the 27th to a Mar. 1st delivery. Didn't ship untill the 27th. That wasn't cool, but it worked out, arrived Mar. 1st.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller
