I do have a concern about the amount of heat it generates on the bottom, both while using it and also while it's on charge. I have ordered a cooling pad for it, and I'll see how this works. Cosmetics were great, looks brand new. Price was very good, so if it lasts I will be very happy.

Also, must press the keys, and be acurate. But so far the computer is updating to my MS/Google etc. quite nicely. Just know you need to get used to a Dell keyboard. Keys must be pressed hard. Ordered Feb. 23rd, promised delivery by Feb 26-28. Updated on the 27th to a Mar. 1st delivery. Didn't ship untill the 27th. That wasn't cool, but it worked out, arrived Mar. 1st.

The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
