Operated correctly minus the cassette player which the seller did reveal in the listing. Seller shipped machine well protect with extra bubble wrap and a strong box. The head was what I really needed. The cartridge was good as well. Seller did a great job at packing it, however it still got crushed in shipping and probably would not have survived had the seller not packed it so well.
