When I opened I was happy to see it was in brand new like condition. It started up right away and is every thing I wanted and hope it to be. Highly recommend

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
