    Although it took the seller some time to ship the order, delivery was fast once it was shipped. I had this unit professionally installed in my 2018 Lexus ES because I did not want any headaches afterwards. Guess what?? There were still some headaches. Technical support through WhatsApp is very responsive and they try to help. The unit itself deserves 3 out of 5 stars so far. Still working with tech support to convert the head unit from metric system to our US system. Will update this soon.
