Didn't even contact me about his issues, while others love them and say they are the best they found. Yet he gave me a great rating on my boarders. All people have to do is contact me with their issues. You also have to remember these are to hold 2 pieces of track together, you go moving them around and of course they will come apart. If you want permanent, then super glue them.
