    Enjoyable, and thought-provoking

    Although I am not black, I enjoy watching films which tackle the various perspectives of the black and/or gay community. This one does, with several memorable characters (men & women; gay/straight/and bisexual). I enjoyed the development of the lead characters, and the plot unfolded at a good pace. Even though I was not fond of the ending of this movie -- how the centerpiece relationship turned out -- I don't object to the ending either, and overall the movie gave me lots to think about. Friends could debate the meaning of this film -- and the choices that the various characters made -- for a long time.
