But one has to actually mail the item before you can blame it on the buyer. I won two items after this one from Japan and the other from England, some how my zip code was not an issue for them as I received those items before their’s showed up. The print quality of the item manual was of poor quality, hard to read. Packaging was ok. We never stated anything about his zip code being the problem. Sold him the manual printed on a $66,000. professional machine by a huge local printing company from scans of the rare original 70 years ago. Book is very clear.
