    Temperate was so HOT

    The wax is is so HOT,,can't use it. I don't know if the temperature control is malfunction. I have tried it several times, and the was is so HOT.. I didn't return it back, as my husband had thrown the box and shipping box when our Trash was picked up. I would not order again.

    OK but could be better.

    Good alternative to expensive good deep uncovered machine. This product is not deep enough for hand to wrist use, slow to melt wax, lid could be safer fit against spillage.

    Doesn't fully melt wax. 3 hours required for wax to melt from solid (but not all melts). Would not purchase it again, and probably won't get much use from it.
