    It works immediately after applying. The taste is not as bad as other tooth numbing products out there. The price i paid is about normal but i like to buy in bulk it saves money and time. I would recommend this product for mild to moderate pain. It works for severe pain but not as long, you have to keep reapplying it often. Overall i love this product.
