    Lagerfeld Original, the cologne of gentlemen.

    This product is great. A cologne that is not to strong and perfect for just about every kind of event. For men who like a classic but light and pleasant fragrance, Lagerfeld (original) is the smell of choice. The aroma will receive good comments even though it is not obvious who is wearing it (even in a crowded elevator).

    Not the same

    It’s not quite the same smell as it was when it first came out. I’m not sure if it’s a new old stock or if I’m just older. :( The bottle is brand new and beautiful. It’s large as well & in perfect condition. It’s just not what it used to be.

    For the masculine yet gentleman of yesterday and today

    Understated elegance. Not intrusive when used without over-spraying...it doesn't "arrive" before you do as many of today's par fums do.. Lagerfeld Classic is masculine and is a blend of a woods, leathers, and soft spice. I use it at work, in a more elegant or formal occasion, and weekends. It is more upmarket or high end man's cologne. Definitely a soft oriental fragrance, with a powdery, sweet, amber and incense quality that lasts a long time. It's been my only choice for 40 years.

    Great product but not long lasting

    This is not as long lasting as the original Lagerfeld that I grew up smelling on my father. And on our bed sheets lol. But definitely the same fragrance and that part is appreciated
