The product came to me during these hot weather melted down to half the containers. I loss half the product. The packaging was a mess as well (the shea butter had liquified; every container). I had to send it back. The company was great about it, returned my money but I wished they would have suggested alternative methods of packaging to get the product to me safely.

It says if you buy three get one free I noticed that the order invoice stating that it is only three being shipped are supposed to receive the fourth bottle free.
