One of my Solar Panel kits got damaged by the shipper. They busted the glass out of the 2 panels. When I asked Renogy if they could help with this, they responded within 1 or 2 days. And replaced both of the panels at no cost to me at all, shipping or otherwise. The solar panels are working great now, and the support couldn't have been better.
