The case had several scratches where labels had been removed with a razor or scrapert, and not adhesive remover. The appearance of the laptop was good at best, probably closer to fair condition. The hardware is still working but, I opened it up and added 16 more GB of memory, cleaned the fan (which had excessive dust), and replaced the casing. I will probably also replace the palmrest, which was cracked.

The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

Product arrived in considerably safe packaging and appeared as displayed in storefront photos. Initially I was rather disappointed with the performance of a laptop which such reliable specs. So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
