They immediately responded to my concern and sent back a shipping label to return the item. Less than a week, within a week I got refunded. I the item again and just received. These were the “ near mint” quality balls I was expecting. Very quick turnaround and very quick in responding to my additional questions. Quick to resolve any issue.

But don’t expect to get 24/24 of that high quality. The shame is, they know what they’re doing. That’s how they deal off a half dozen sub quality balls in every two dozen they sell. It’s not hard detecting the ones that aren’t pristine, either. I contacted their customer service (email/text only). They agreed to send six replacements but only sent four. Three follow up messages back to them, no reply.

Contacted seller, NO RESPONSE! Packaging was excellent, Value overall is excellent. Communication was zero! Therefore my trust is gone and would only recommend this seller with caution. Lack of Communication is my main issue, it tells me seller doesn't care. BTW, did not ask for replacement, just an acknowledgement.
