    I'm not sure why I'm expected to wait to leave neutral or negative feedback, but... The seller was quick to help me when I accidentally ordered with incorrect payment information. It was packaged well with some free perfume samples and shipped in a timely manner, but what I received is NOT the item in the listing. Although it was brand new in-box, I'm pretty disappointed. It's not what I ordered. I included a photo of the original listing just in case.

    The item arrived in the packaging as described, even though I ordered the wrong color. The lipgloss looks like it is splitting in consistency. I messaged the seller explaining the situation and requested to make a return almost a week ago and never received a reply. I then started a request refund case and was denied by the seller immediately. I find it unprofessional to not respond to a message and sell a product that is very much expired.
