    The seller contacted me almost immediately after I paid for the item to tell me they had 5 days to ship the item. They took my money and they're covering their butt by telling me they have 5 days to ship it. If you can't ship it to the buyer in the time that it's posted on the listing then don't put a timestamp on it. I don't even think the seller has the item they're purchasing it somewhere else gives them 5 days to acquire the item and resell it on eBay at a profit.

    No we dont keep them in stock this is a high dollar item this is why this listing had a 5 day ship time and we also let you know in case you are one of them buyers that dont read the listing all the way. There is nothing in ebay rules that states we have to have the item in stock. All that matters is we get the product to you on time as listed
