    This remote appears to be brand new. It was packaged amazingly well, with no issues at all. It was a little bit cranky when I first paired it with my old Phantom 4, but after a firmware update, and a restart, zero issues. I haven't used it to fly yet, because the batteries on the quadcopter were really low, but I'll try it out tomorrow. Not expecting any issues at all. Thank you so much for an affordable replacement for my old remote that had the "not charging" issue. :)

    Best replace Phantom 4 Controller

    The original control of my drone damaged the battery and a joystick. It was difficult to make the decision to buy a new control, especially for the low price it had. I realized that it was the best decision I have ever made. I feel like I just bought a new drone. Now I am taking advantage of continuing to shoot with my drone. Note: my control was damaged during the Hurricane Maria event in Puerto Rico.

    Charge level unknown, thus flying is unsafe

    Although it was in excellent condition externally, it has a well-known charging failure. It starts to show a charge level for a few seconds, and then only the left-most light flashes.
