    Well, the girlfriend likes it. I'm 64 and she's 67 with a back problem. The rollers in the middle seem most effective for her. A little concerned that the plug is also some adapter that looks like it steps down the voltage? Think something like this would need a full 120 volts to the motors. Whatever.     appears to be good quality and works well. the heat is not in the seat it is in the balls and is hard to feel and the massage balls dont go real low on your back, depending on how you set. but over all it is really nice and worth the price
