    No other MP3 can measure up

    I was hoping to find an MP3 player with the same ease of use as my old ipod which has lasted me over 10 years. (It still works but the battery only lasts about 3-4 hours ) which is still pretty good. However, I just could not figure out the new guy. And there were no how to videos on YouTube, only videos discussing the features. It was only $50 and I liked a lot things about it, but just couldn't figure it out. So I broke down to shell the $300 for this bad boy and could not be happier. If you are shy with technology, then this is awesome. Afterall, if it lasts another 10 years, that's only $30 a year. I can live with that. I do have one caveat. If you are trying to merge this with your old macbook, it may not work. It did not recognize my 2011 macbook. Luckily it did recognize my newer ...

    Somewhat happy

    fair battery life, not long, way too many crapps on it, apples inability to sync with ease to win media player stinks. If you like last years tech at next years price its great. It isn't all bad though. The ear buds that came with it are pretty good quality, the ease of getting music through iTunes is nice. If you want a player that is almost like a phone this is a good choice. If you want a player just for music then look on for less expensive alternatives, there are better music players. The iPod does sound great through quality(NOT Beats) headphones.

    Very convenient, great sound, plenty of storage space

    The iPod is easy to use once you get used to it (as with everything). This is my first Apple device, being a dedicated Android user for years. I am impressed with the sound quality, the available space, and the overall design. Audio, video and camera usage in addition to online access makes this super-convenient and much smaller than a typical smart phone. I use it while walking, exercising, cleaning, etc. The earbuds are cheap, so if you want comfort, buy your own earbuds. Handles Bluetooth flawlessly. Obviously, anything done on the Internet required wi-fi access.

    IPOD Gen 7 Great for Books, etc.

    Using it for listening to Books on Tape primarily. Compact, fits anywhere. Bluetooth works great with ear buds. Decent battery life with warnings when low. Have had a generation 5 for years and now the generation 7. Larger memory, faster processor and larger storage capacity. Takes good pictures if desired. All around a good product and eliminates the need to put everything on my phone and just work with this small footprint.
