    Too old a model, wouldn't even power up

    Got the product supposedly "new in the box." When it arrived it fit directly in the box it was shipped in with no protective wrap, or insulation to protect it from bumps, or damage. When I opened it up it looked good, no noticable damage and did appear to be new (although this model was release almost 12 years ago.) Got out the instructions, followed them to a T. Plugged the item in and turned it on, and was bummed to find nothing happened. Absolutely nothing. Not sure if this was due to the poor method of shipping, or just the items age. But it was disappointing. Couldn't even try it out and it had been meant as a gift for my employer.
