When I received the product it wasn't a factory sealed box. The serial number on the box didnt match the product inside either. When I sent the product back to get a refund, the seller accused me of switching out the product for a broken one and tried to only offer me a partial refund. Then when they received the return they tried to tell ebay I switched the product out and I damaged the box.
