    Why by one from the store?

    I will never buy another one from the store. We would’ve had to buy 2 twin box springs from MattressFirm and it would’ve cost us over $160. The is the way to go. It arrived in a pretty decent sized box, it was so easy to assemble and is one whole piece for a king vs two separate twins. If you were moving you could easily take it back apart and fit it in your trunk. Plus, the cover is removable and washable.

    Nice product idea. Buyer beware that they do not honor warranty or stand behind product.

    I liked having a one piece box for king size bed. Cover was difficult to try to get on. Zipper broke and customer support refused to honor warranty due to eBay purchase. One bolt did not line up and had to be put in cross threaded.

    Poor quality. Disappointing!

    This box spring was very poor quality. It was apparently supposed to be brand new and only opened once to inspect that all the pieces were included and of good quality. This definitely was not the case. All the peices were there, but many pieces were missing end caps. Assembly was painful! The metal pieces were supposed to line up and fit together and many of them were bent and mangled. I had to use pry bars, wrenches, and a vice to bend the pieces back to a shape that would allow me to assemble them. And even then, it took a ton of force to get the box spring assembled. I would have just requested a return, but it was near impossible to get some of the pieces together and I didn't want to have to deal with trying to take them apart to send back. Even the cover came with holes in it. ...

    Ok but!

    I purchased this to fit a memory foam bed it was a simple installment the only supposed to took 30 minutes took me 3 hours because of me not the instructions my problem with it is that the lining was package with it was too small so I couldn't use it but is very strong and secure in my bed and me and my husband are very healthy people so I feel safe that it's not going to fall or break because of the construction

    Well-engineered product

    It is nice to know that there are still well-made products at a good price. This box spring is easy to assemble, even for one person. The directions are easy to understand and the item comes well-packaged. There are even clearly labeled spare parts. The pieces fit together well without a lot of finessing needed. There is good attention to detail too. For instance, the rachet is small enough that it fits in the corners f the fame without hitting it. This is a bed frame for life!
