It was a brand new item and it easily connected and controls the TV and the sound is amazing such clarity such resonance such a sleek design and compact.     Great sound, small package.

    Bose is known for their high-end quality products. Great sound in small package. A wee bit confusing getting it set-up; had to go to You Tube to get help connecting the soundbar to Amazon Music. I thought you could connect directly but came to realize that you needed an Echo dot or similar device.

    A nice way to improve your tv's sound. Speech is clearer and music sounds better. My tv is older and doesn't have hdmi out or optical audio. I bought an adapter to go from digital audio to optical and it's working well.
