    Works perfect

    Arrived right on time. It was well packaged. There were no instructions, and I have only replaced one other ballast before, but thanks to Youtube all went well. After installation, which took me about a half hour (plus 15 minutes of video watching) the light worked perfectly. This was much less expensive than buying a new light, and substantially less than buying an in-the-box ballast.

    Light, Dependable, Cost Effective

    I use these to convert old t-12 fixtures to t-8 LEDs in applications where the customer wants to keep the old fixtures and use LED lighting. These work very well for this purpose. They are light, made well, and last almost forever. I have used many other brands, but Advanced seems to be the best. They are by far my first choice. Also the cost wont kill you, which helps to keep you competitive. These also make great replacements for defective 32watt ballasts.

    Phillips Electronic Replacement Ballast

    This new electronic ballast effectively replaces a heavy older-style magnetic ballast foir a 2-tube 4-foot fluorescent light fixture in my bedroom closet. It does the job and powers the t-8 tubes, and without having to replace the fixture itself. Just make sure that you read the label on the ballast first in any given listing, before you buy it. Not all ballasts work for all applications, just like light bulbs. Please do your homework first, by ensuring that the item is really what you need.

    Exact replacement

    Not really fair, as I’ve only had it installed a few days. But it was an exact replacement. It works perfectly so far. I did not want to change to an LED fixture in this location as the light is about perfect. LED’s can sometimes be TOO bright. Old saying “ if it an’t broke don’t fix it “ well as far as the light fixture we have, that s the case. So far happy.

    Great price on great ballasts!

    Had to change all my T-12 lamps out to new T-8 lamps and went with these ballasts because these are the ones we use at work. Worked out great!
