Biggest problem, actually, was the fact I did not look for a computer with an ethernet port. My current computer does wifi just fine, I had to check specifications for ethernet as a feature for Internet connection. I made wrong assumptions. The fashion of very slim computers has eliminated ethernet. I'd really require an older Windows 10 computer to get ethernet.

The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.

I then purchased this listing and was able to at least get an MT 790. You don't really know what you're buying. Shipping was fast and had good packaging.
