Had to go into the system diagnostics, then to Fix BootUp. The Condition of the product, again appears good. The outside of the case does not have any blemishes. The Value of the product was withing my price range of what I was looking for in a PC. The Appearance of the product is good. Again there are no blemishes on the outside of the case. I've not cracked open the PC to take a look inside due to every thing

The WiFi adapter that was included did not work, but I was sent a replacement in very short time. This was a great value for the money I paid and I would buy from this seller in the future. The item arrived in the condition the seller described, though it had a small issue with the wi-fi adapter that was easily remedied. I will be looking for other offers from the seller as I need more PCs for more projects and I recommend that you shop with them as well. The particular Optiplex that I ordered was the best value I could find as well.

The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
