    Great introduction to Pilates

    The instructor is knowledgeable and instructs in a matter of fact, easy to understand way. The stretching segment is phenomenal and provides a solid intro to the mat exercises. For a beginner who truly wants to become better at Pilates, I find this to be an encouraging DVD.
