Since this was two items, I requested that they be wrapped individually with something to prevent them from banging into each other during shipping and they were just placed loose without any wrapping in a box.     Bad purchase

    I have bought 3 scanners from Ebsy and all did not work. I have had 5 neat scanners one brand new and 4 from EBay. Of the 4 only one worked. I still have the last three.
