I tried this product before and it worked great kept me focus and energized throughout the day. I recently purchased another bottle and followed the instructions. This product caused terrible nausea. I take it with the biggest meal of the day which is lunch and at least 48oz of water and still caused terrible nausea that I could not get passed.
