Still fits pretty well, but pants are definitely a bit tighter. Went with a medium just like my Gen 3, but do wonder if I shouldn't have gone with a large. Phenomenal quality BDUs, highest quality construction I've ever seen in a set of BDUs. Will definitely buy again.
